The other night while I was sitting at home Watching cable TV I realized how much I had to do before I Went to bed So I went to the fridge and opened the door And what do you think I saw Inside A bottle of wine to help me pass my time Cause I did my chores before I went to Bed So I poured a glass of wine in a glass Riunite on ice I prefer German wine 79 Pies Porters nice So I washed the dishes picked up the papers from 3 weeks ago Vaccumed the rug took out the trash The house smelled much better So I drank my wine and did my chores that I had to do before I I Went to bed Maybe I had more wine than I thought Because I did something that needed both hands I just had a glass of wine sittin right here Just a minute ago I put it down on something flat then walked away - Far away Just a minute ago If I didnt find my wine in a short matter of time Im afraid it will be too warm Warm To Drink My throat is dry my lips are parched my voice is going - Its just a matter of time And now its time for a drink of wine Cheers!
